My experience and family

Early in my career, I worked alongside experienced entrepreneurs to acquire and operate a 40-employee company. That experience showed me how much trust an owner places in the person who carries a business forward.

Since then, I have led multiple teams—up to 30 people—and managed a business with full responsibility for its results. My work has spanned operations, product development, customer experience, and disciplined growth across a range of industries.

I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering.

My family is part of this decision. We are excited to relocate, put down roots in the community where the company is based, and build our life around the business I will lead in person, every day.
